Our Pure Black Line Shrimp are a striking Caridina cf. cantonensis var Pure Black Line variety, selected for their rich, deep black colouration. Their bold appearance makes them an excellent feature in planted aquariums, dedicated Caridina setups and carefully selected community tanks.
Active grazers by nature, they spend much of their time exploring plants, wood and hardscape for biofilm and natural food sources. As with other Caridina, they do best in a mature, stable aquarium with consistent water parameters.

Pure Black Line Shrimp are best suited to established Caridina aquariums with stable parameters. Colour intensity can vary between individuals and may develop further as shrimp mature.
As with all live shrimp, exact sex ratio, size and individual colouration cannot be guaranteed. Please follow the recommended acclimation procedure when introducing shrimp to your aquarium.
