Care Tips
Tank Size: A mature aquarium of at least 40 litres is recommended for a small colony, with larger volumes generally offering greater water stability.

- TDS approximately 100–150 ppm.

The secret to a thriving Crystal Red colony is stability. Use properly remineralised RO water, maintain consistent temperatures, and allow biofilm to develop naturally on mosses and other surfaces. Feed small portions of quality shrimp food and avoid chasing perfect water readings through frequent adjustments. A stable environment supports healthy moulting, successful breeding, and better shrimplet survival.
